Telegram bot development and automation

A Telegram bot is a program that talks to people inside Telegram. It can take orders and bookings, send alerts the moment something happens in your system, answer questions with AI, run a channel or group, and give your team quick buttons for daily tasks.

GTech builds Telegram bots on the official Telegram Bot API and connects them to your website, database and other systems, so the work happens where your customers and team already are.

Who it's for

  • Businesses whose customers and communities are on Telegram
  • Teams that want instant alerts from their systems, such as new orders or failed payments
  • Channels and groups that need moderation, subscriptions or scheduled posts
  • Companies automating internal tasks, such as approvals and daily reports

Problems it solves

  • Orders and requests in chat are copied into another system by hand
  • Your team finds out about problems late because nobody is watching the dashboard
  • Managing members, subscriptions and posts in a channel takes hours
  • Customers get slow answers to simple questions

What your bot can include

  • Orders, bookings and forms inside the chat, with buttons and menus
  • Instant alerts from your website, store or internal systems
  • AI replies from your own information
  • Channel and group tools: welcome messages, moderation, scheduled posts and subscriptions
  • A Telegram Mini App for screens that need more than a chat
  • Connections to your database, Google Sheets, CRM or other APIs
  • A dashboard for the bot's settings and reports

How we build your bot

  1. Define the job

We agree on what the bot does, for whom, and which systems it reads from or writes to.

  2. Design the conversation

Commands, buttons and messages are planned so the bot is easy to use without instructions.

  3. Build and connect

The bot is built on the Telegram Bot API and connected to your systems.

  4. Launch and support

We host it, watch it for the first weeks, and add features as you need them.

Telegram bot questions

Does Telegram charge for bots?

No. The Telegram Bot API is free. The costs are building and hosting the bot, plus AI usage if it answers with AI.

Can the bot message customers first?

Only people who started the bot or joined your group or channel. That keeps bots from sending spam, and it's why most bots start with a link or QR code that customers tap.

Can the bot take payments?

Telegram supports payments through the providers it works with. Where those don't suit you, the bot can send a link to your own payment gateway.

What is a Telegram Mini App?

A small web app that opens inside Telegram from a bot, for screens such as a product catalog, a booking calendar or a dashboard.
